How large is a standard floor?

Each standard floor measures approximately 2,630 ㎡ (about 795 tsubo), making it one of the most spacious in the Shinjuku area.

What are the ceiling height and load capacity for the office space?

The standard ceiling height is 2,900 mm, with a floor load capacity of 500 kg/㎡. Thanks to the column-free design, you can arrange a wide variety of layouts to meet diverse needs. Detailed floor plans and layout examples are available upon request via our inquiry form.

Can we include executive offices or a canteen?

Yes. We offer multiple floors with enhanced specifications suitable for facilities such as executive offices and canteens. Further details are available upon request via our inquiry form.

Are rest areas available for employees?

Yes. The office lobby floor has a terrace accessible to all employees. Some floors are also designed with an exclusive terrace for tenants.

Access, Commute, and VIP Visitors

How accessible is the building from the nearest station? Can we avoid wet weather during the walk?

The building is located directly above and connected to Shinjuku Station, which serves five railway operators (JR, Tokyo Metro, Toei Subway, Odakyu, and Keio) with a total of twelve routes. An underground east-west passage provides sheltered access, so you can commute comfortably even in inclement weather.

Are there dedicated routes for VIP visitors and executives?

Yes. A dedicated elevator connects the underground parking area directly to the office floors. In addition, a VIP elevator offers direct access to each office floor.

Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Prevention, and Infrastructure

Is the building safe in the event of an earthquake?

Yes. It is located on the Musashino Plateau, known for its solid ground, and is equipped with a seismic-control structure. Additional details are available upon request via our inquiry form.

In case of a major power or gas outage, can businesses continue operating?

Yes. A backup generator supplies emergency power to both offices and common areas for more than 72 hours, allowing operations to continue.

Can employees shelter in the office if public transportation shuts down?

Yes. Each floor includes a disaster supply unit stocked with drinking water and emergency food, ensuring the business can continue operating for a limited duration during an emergency. Additionally, temporary shelters and emergency toilets are also fully installed.
